Transform your coffee ritual with the El Rocio Manus S, a sleek and powerful home espresso machine handcrafted in South Korea. Available in elegant black or crisp white, the Manus S delivers café-level performance in a stylish, compact footprint designed for modern kitchens. Built to European quality standards, this machine offers consistency, durability, and the freedom to create café-quality drinks from the comfort of your home—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced barista.
Precision Brewing with Adjustable Pre-Infusion
Fine-tune your espresso with the Manus S’s programmable pre-infusion system. Adjust settings between 1–10 seconds with pressures under 2 bars for smoother, more balanced extractions. This control helps highlight the subtle flavors of your favorite beans while improving aroma, body, and sweetness.
Smart Energy Efficiency
Eco Mode reduces heating during idle periods. Select an idle period appropriate for your routine, then allow the machine and group to return to operating temperature before brewing. Energy use and recovery time depend on ambient conditions, settings and the starting temperature; no retailer-measured savings percentage is claimed here.
Warm-Up and Daily Preparation
Allow the boiler, group and portafilter to warm fully before dialing in. A hot boiler reading alone does not establish that the complete brew path is ready. Follow the Manus S manual and judge readiness under your own operating conditions.
Manual Flow Control for Barista-Level Customization
Experiment with your shots using the integrated flow rate control dial. Adjust water flow during extraction to create unique espresso profiles tailored to your taste, giving you the same flexibility professionals use to craft signature drinks.
Effortless Maintenance with Easy Drainage
Keeping your machine clean is simple with the built-in drainage valve located near the drip tray. Emptying the boiler for cleaning, storage, or transport takes seconds—helping prolong the lifespan of your machine with minimal effort.
Brew & Steam Simultaneously
Save time with dual functionality—the stainless steel heat exchanger allows you to pull espresso shots while frothing milk at the same time. Powerful steam pressure produces smooth, velvety microfoam perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites.
